First session with Connie and have not taken a Reiki class. Reiki energy (universal energy) flows from the practitioner into the client by using hands on or the hands above method (client preference). The first step is to make sure that your energy is flowing properly through the body - from head to toe. Then I start working on your primary energy centers, the 7 main chakras, that run up and down your spine. All of our experiences (good & bad) are collected in these chakras. The Reiki energy clears out energetic blockages, aligns and balances each of these chakras so the body can return to a state of balance. Energy healing is very relaxing it instills a sense of calm and lightness. Forms of Payment: $145CASH, or $155 VENMO /$160 SQUARE accepted in studio.
